Exercise alone is rarely enough to help an individual reach their health and fitness goals. There is no doubt however that when safe, efficient, personalised training is combined with a healthy, sustainable, personalised nutrition plan, this makes for a potent concoction in propelling you towards results.
Our trainers are fully qualified nutrition advisers and will ask to look at a five day food diary before analysing and suggesting improvements to your current diet.
The aim is then to create a healthy, realistic and sustainable eating plan which reflect your health and fitness goals. We will teach you the role of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and dispel any myths which you may have come across. Where relevant and dependent upon level of experience of the person undertaking personal training, we may calculate your macro-nutrients to create a very precise nutrition plan.
We will then schedule regular sessions to make sure the plan has been understood and is being executed with precision.
Nutrition sessions can be bought on a per session basis, but is included free of charge as part of our Gold and Platinum packages.
